Our Policies

  • All lesson costs must be paid in advance of each month
  • Late payments will be subject to a late payment fee
    of $10.00 per month.
  • Returned/Cancelled cheques will be subject to a $15.00 fee.
  • 24 hours notice must be given if a student is missing a lesson. Please contact the teacher directly to cancel a lesson.
  • Up to and including four (4) missed lessons will be made up by the teacher throughout the entire school year.
  • The teacher will give you two options for make-up lesson, if neither is suitable the lesson will be lost and you will not be refunded.
  • Two (2) weeks notice is required if a student decides to discontinue. Please contact us the administration to withdraw from lessons. After the two weeks all cheques will be returned and any outstanding money refunded.
